At Outdoor Bike Covers, we want to ensure your cycling gear stays protected with the perfect fit. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused bike cover in its original storage bag and secure it in a shipping box with all original tags attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
